I always get a laugh when I tell people that Portland is "the Paris of the West."  Well, we've got a beautiful river running through town, the food is wonderful, the place is full of artists and writers and it rains alot.  I lucked out with this shot one April morning in the 90's when the morning sky turned pink and the sun popped on the scene.  Nikkormat FTN on Kodak color negative film.
